Stayed several nights on 3 separate occasions over a month. This is a fabulous hotel with comfortable rooms, great staff, wonderful lobby with live piano playing in the evenings; great roof-top swimming pool for both early morning and evening swims, and a good location to have a sun-downer overlooking the lights and frenetic activity below. The library was tranquil with good views as well. This hotel was an oasis in the chaotic vibrancy of Hanoi. Negatives - breakfast could have been cheaper, but as I rarely eat breakfast I enjoyed going out to the many cafes in the French Quarter and around the lake for a late morning snack or coffee. For us, we simply loved staying here and will do again in Hanoi.

We stayed 2 nights at the Apricot hotel. Food is excellent and staff are very friendly. The ambience is grand and amazing. The owner of the hotel is clearly an art collector and there are some amazing pieces of art on display throughout the hotel. Rooms are well equipped but don't offer much of a view.

The pool on the 11th floor is small but serves the purpose, but the highlight is the view from the roof top bar.

I joined my husband for a business trip to Hanoi. We stayed in this fantastic Hotel. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The Breakfast was amazing, everything from east and west on the Buffett. Staff was very polite and helpful. We used the room service once and it was quick and delicious. We loved the French style of the hotel and the wonderful art and decor.

Sadly I became ill (not connected to anything from the hotel) and needed to go to hospital. But with help from the lovely staff I got there fast, they even send one member of staff for translation with me. I highly recommend the Apricot Hotel. The address is very central and walking distance to the lovely old district with the small lovely shops and restaurants.

    An absolutely delightful hotel.
All the ambience and thoughtful touches of a boutique hotel with the facilities of a large one.  A most enjoyable stay.

The staff could not have been more helpful. The puppet theatre outside the front door was a delight. You must not miss that show.

This was my first visit to Hanoi due to last minute arrangement for business trip. Therefore, I did not do any research about the places there. He was so helpful and friendly by providing some information to me regarding the dining, shopping, transportations and some travelling tips. In addition, he cares about the hotel guests and I would definitely recommend this hotel to travellers.
