We stayed on the Paradise Cruise 3 with Cruise Manager Ms Jenny Bui
Excellent customer service- the staff were really friendly and accommodating to our dietary requirements. They definitely add to enjoyable experience on the cruise.
Rooms- we had a double room and triple room. However if you do have three people staying in one room, the best option will be for all three of you to share a bed as the bed is quite large. We initially had two small beds and a camp bed but there was no room for movement.,.. and I mean no room at all. The manager did offer us another room as they had one available. We wanted to stay together so we asked for the two small beds to be joined together- which was comfortable for only one night.
Balcony- nice to have one but not necessary as you will spend most of your time on the deck
Itinerary- well spaced out. We spent one night and two day on the cruise and some of our highlights included visiting the fishing village on a bamboo boat, participating in a cooking class on deck and visiting Sung Sot cave.
Tip- if possible, pack as light as possible. We were able to leave our suitcases at the hotel we were staying in at Hanoi and packed an overnight bag. The cruise has almost all the amenities you will need.
– “Best way to experience Halong Bay”
Choose paradise luxury. Erick our cabin host and his crew were marvellous. The rooms are exactly as depicted in the photos, bathrooms even better- 5 star luxury- and the food some of the best we have tried thus far in Vietnam, congratulations to their innovative and very talented chef. Relaxing on deck with a cocktail in the middle of halong bay, kayaking, climbing titop island, one of the best experiences we've had. Our honeymoon- the staff went to extra lengths to congratulate us.
With so many cruises, we did have a hard time narrowing it down- I think some other boats were variable in experience but I would definitely recommend paradise luxury - you can't go wrong. Thank you crew of paradise luxury.
We did a 3D/2N Paradise Luxury cruise. It was an incredibly hard job picking from the endless cruises available, but in the end we went with Paradise Luxury because their reviews were so consistently excellent. We weren’t disappointed. The boat was quaint and clean – we enjoyed a deluxe balcony room, which was excellent. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The cooking demonstrations up on the top deck were fun – it was special sitting up there watching the setting sun, with the exhausting heat of the day finally subsiding a little. The activities were fun and interesting, and kept us busy (climb the stairs on Titov Island. It’s the hardest work, but trust me, the views are worth every step). Most importantly, the staff were excellent – they were friendly, helpful, considerate and attentive. We were given a bottle of water every time we left the main boat, and were greeted with a refreshing drink and cold face-towel every time we returned. So I can highly recommend Paradise Luxury cruises as a great way to experience the spectacularly beautiful Halong Bay.
– “An incredibly beautiful part of this world”
We had a brilliant time aboard boat 3 of Paradise Cruises, the team onboard could not do enough for us. The days were busy with activities, the food was wonderful and although the drinks were quite pricey, everything else was just great.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and we hope to return again one day.
– “Fantastic trip to Halong bay”
We have never enjoyed a cruise so much as my wife and I and two friends that travelled with us did on the Paradise Cruise Ship from the first minute to the last, The cruise manager Jenny was fantastic, Our friends luggage was left in Hanoi by mistake so Jenny and the General Manager. Mr Edgar had the suit case picked up from the hotel and brought down and placed on another boat and sent out to us. fantastic,
After the cruise we stayed at there hotel. and I must say that it was the best hotel we stayed in for the 26 days that we were in vietnam, Mr Edgar looked after us with recommening the food we ate and our drinks, We were so lucky that on the night we were there at the hotel we had 3 of the finest singers that we have listened to for a long time, I would return there tomorrow if my health would permit, Thank you Mr Edgar and Miss Jenny for such a great holiday in Harlong Bay,
